Save Research Data from ChatGPT as PDF

ChatGPT’s ‘Deep Research’ feature has already gained popularity for automatically generating research results by reviewing complex topics step by step. Now, OpenAI is adding a new option to Deep Research. Once the ‘Download as PDF’ option is launched, users will be able to directly download the research results created by Deep Research as a PDF file from online.

The Deep Research feature primarily works independently. When prompted or given instructions, it analyzes data from hundreds of websites to create comprehensive reports on specific topics. Currently, users can copy and save the information from Deep Research reports, but this often results in missing important details and changes in the report’s formatting. To overcome these limitations, OpenAI has initiated the launch of the ‘Download as PDF’ option.

Currently, the PDF download feature is being tested experimentally in ChatGPT’s web version. However, there is no information yet on when it will be available to all users. It is expected that this new PDF download option will be added next to the copy button located at the bottom of Deep Research reports.
